Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7(1) TMG. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
Content entered by users
Trips, entries, notes, tasks and uploaded files are entered exclusively by users themselves. This is third-party information within the meaning of §§ 8 to 10 TMG; we do not review it for content, nor could that reasonably be expected of us. Responsibility lies solely with the account that entered it — including for being entitled to pass on the content visible in a shared trip. If a concrete infringement becomes known to us, we will remove the affected content immediately and, where necessary, suspend the account.

No warranty for travel data
MyTripWallet displays what the user has entered or imported. No warranty is given for the accuracy of flight times, booking numbers, addresses, prices or other details; the documents of the respective provider always prevail.
Receipt recognition suggests values, it does not verify them — every recognition must be checked by the user. The app replaces neither original documents nor your own check of entry, visa or insurance requirements, and it is not a travel agency.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; unlawful content was not discernible at that time.
Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If infringements become known, we will remove such links immediately. The same applies to links that users place in their own content.
